Pad Leveling Polyurethane Foam

Uneven transformer pads, utility cabinets, HVAC pads, and equipment foundations don’t always need to be replaced. Over time, erosion, settling soil, and environmental conditions can cause pads to sink or shift out of level. Replacing them is expensive, labor-intensive, and often requires multiple trips and heavy equipment.

Developed specifically for pad leveling applications, Padcrete is a two-part expanding polyurethane foam that lifts and permanently supports concrete and plastic pads in as little as 15 minutes. Simply level the pad, mix the components, and pour. The foam expands up to 15 times its original volume to create a strong, durable foundation beneath the pad.

Unlike excavation and replacement methods, Padcrete requires minimal equipment and can be transported easily to remote or restricted-access locations. Once mixed and poured beneath the pad, the foam expands to fill voids, restore support, and stabilize the structure.
