Polyurethane Foam Backfill for Wet Conditions

HYDRO Polecrete® Stabilizer is designed for pole setting and stabilization in wet, saturated, or high groundwater conditions where traditional backfill methods are difficult to place or control.

The formulation is engineered to displace water during installation, allowing it to expand, fill voids, and encapsulate the ground line without extensive dewatering or site preparation. Once placed, HYDRO Polecrete® Stabilizer sets quickly into a rigid, closed-cell structure that resists washout, moisture intrusion, and soil movement. This provides reliable ground-line support and long-term stability in environments where aggregate can shift and concrete performance can be compromised.

HYDRO Polecrete® Stabilizer is a two-part system that is mixed on site using a simple, controlled process.

It is engineered for consistent performance in wet conditions, with finished foam properties designed to outperform many competitive foams in strength, density, water absorption, and percent closed cell. Compared to concrete and other brands, it places cleanly in water-impacted holes, displaces water during installation, and cures quickly into a rigid, moisture-resistant material.
